Self-service rules

Self-service rules allow you to allow approved users to unblock DriveLock Agents themselves without having to use the DriveLock Management Console (MMC) or the DriveLock Operations Center (DOC).

Before you can offer self-service on your DriveLock Agents, you must first enable it.
