Dashboard and widget management
The dashboard and widget management section provides a central overview of all dashboards and widgets available in the system. This includes both built-in definitions and created dashboards and widgets that users or administrators have added.
From here, dashboards can be deployed, customized, or copied. Widgets serve as building blocks for presenting data within dashboards.
Overview
The management view displays all existing dashboard definitions, their tabs, and the associated widgets. Built-in dashboards are available in read-only mode, while created dashboards can be fully edited.
Created dashboards can be freely designed, equipped with any widgets, and made available to all users.
Widgets act as visual and functional components for presenting information within dashboards. Their configuration and management are handled separately in the Widget definitions section.
Role-based provisioning
Dashboards can be assigned to specific roles so that users automatically receive the dashboards relevant to their tasks.
This role-based provisioning supports different work areas efficiently, such as:

This assignment ensures that dashboards are tailored precisely to the needs of each user group.
